What class sizes does Ang's Academy provide?
We provide 1-1 coaching as well as Focus Group Sessions. We would recommend 1-1 coaching only for the first few sessions, to allow for undivided attention during the technical foundation building. Thereafter, Focus Group Sessions are recommended as training in small groups provide the best blend of friendly competition and quality attention.
What is a Focus Group Session?
A Focus Group Session has a maximum capacity of 8 athletes. We have found this to be the best blend between friendly competition and quality attention.
What is a training session like?
We believe strongly in technical mastery, as this serves as a foundation for future sporting success. Hence, our sessions are classified into either "Technical Sessions" or "Non-Technical Sessions", with different emphasis during each session. Do sign up for a trial session with us.
